The following guide will walk you through the entire installation which includes a step by step catalog. Our installation video is in the works but this guide will get you over the finish line in the meantime.

Pre-Install Read (For 2025+ Bronco Only with B&O)
Ford Bronco B&O audio amp wiring differs by model year: Pre-2025 requires our T-harness connected at the factory radio for front-to-back speaker wiring; 2025+ uses integrated rear OEM harness only.
- Older models (pre-2025): The B&O amplifier requires running a new speaker wire T-harness from the amp (rear) to the head unit (front), connected at the factory radio, bypassing the OEM setup.
- 2025 and newer models: The updated B&O OEM amplifier integrates fully with the existing rear wiring harness—no need to run new wires to the head unit. The original harness is retained entirely in the rear.
This change simplifies installations on newer Broncos while older ones still need the front-to-back T-harness.
Front Speaker Upgrade
Step 1: Install 4" Audison APX 4 Coaxial Speaker into Dash
- Attach fork connectors to the tweeter. (Refer to the speaker installation video below for a visual of the connector.)
- Mount the tweeter into the dash using 7mm screws.
Step 2: Install 6.5” Speaker into Kick Panel
- Attach red connectors to the speaker.
- Connect the white connector to the OEM Bronco connector.
- Mount the speaker into the housing using 10mm screws.
Step 3: Repeat on Passenger Side
- Follow the same steps as the driver’s side for installation.
Rear Roll Bar 6.5" Upgrade: Trail Seven Rear Pods
Your Trail Seven rear pods arrive ready to install: the Audison APX 6.5 speakers are already mounted, the pods are already sound treated, and a new connector is already attached. There's nothing to assemble.
- Remove the factory rear roll bar speaker as shown in the video.
- Loosen the top factory metal bracket on top of the roll bar. Raptor: this is a tight fit. Push the front of the pod up first, then lower it into position.
- Connect the speaker connector.
- Insert the provided top bolts into the speaker pod and hand tighten.
- Insert the factory bolt into the side of the roll bar and hand tighten.
- Tighten the top bolts (factory and new), then tighten the side bolt.
- Repeat on the other side.

Amp Adjustments:
Please Note: Your B&O Bronco uses the PAC AmpPRO module, which requires no settings adjustments except for the alert chime. Instructions for the alert chime can be found in the PAC AmpPRO installation and owner’s manual.

Your amps arrive pre-set from our shop to the settings below and in the PDF. Use them to check the amps or to get back to a known starting point. If you reset LEVELS, use the 5-step method in the PDF: channel A (dash), B (kick), C (rear), then the sub.
Dual Audison Amplifier Settings:

Gain Levels:
Set gain to 0 and radio levels to 0. Gradually increase volume to 75% max. For Channel 1, increase gain slowly until slight distortion is noticed, then lower gain slightly. Follow the same method for the remaining channels. Use radio settings for “salt and pepper” adjustments. -
