Trail Seven Return & Warranty Policy:

At Trail Seven, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and warranty policies below.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trailseven.com, or by calling us at 301-450-3207.  Our shop hours are Monday- Friday, 9am-4:30pm Est. 

Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of package. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Open Box Items: Not eligible for returns, all sales final. 
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging. All components and paperwork should be included and undamaged.
    • If the product is returned incomplete, installed, or damaged, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and missing components will be deducted from your refund.
    • If the product has not been installed, a 7% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return Shipping (Non-Warranty): If the return is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This applies to both domestic and international returns. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping for international orders.

Warranty Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, we will provide a warranty replacement under the following conditions.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping for international orders.

  • Defective Product: If the product is defective, we will issue a replacement, provided the product has not been misused, altered, or tampered with. Warranty claims may be denied if there is evidence of misuse or modification.
  • Warranty Replacement Options: We offer two options to handle your warranty claim:
    • Option 1: Return & Replace

      We can issue a return label for you to send the defective product back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the item to confirm its arrival, we will promptly expedite the process of building and sending out your replacement order, all at our expense.

    • Option 2: Quick Replacement
      We will get a replacement product out to you within 24 hours (as long as everything is in stock), and place a $1.00 hold on your card. A return label will be emailed to you, and we require the defective item to be sent back to us within 10 business days to avoid your card being charged in full for the replacement. Once we receive your return, we will refund the $1.00.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty period is subject to what the manufacture deems is the period.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, modification, or improper installation.
  • Please keep all receipts and proof of purchase to ensure eligibility for warranty claims.

Misuse:

  • Water damage
  • Improper audio settings leading to abuse of subwoofers and speakers
  • Improper installation
  • Modification of product before consulting tech support
  • Any modifications or damage caused by third parties.
  • Improper settings leading to abuse of amplifier
  • Damage caused by vehicle
  • Damage caused by vehicle impacts (I.E. Off-roading, collisions, or accidents)

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
