Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best service possible, and we want to ensure that you have a smooth and transparent experience with our shipping. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

International Shipping:

• Customs & Import Fees: Please note that any additional fees required by your country (such as customs duties, taxes, or other customer fees) are not covered by us. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
• International Warranty: For international warranty claims, we kindly ask that you cover the initial shipping costs to return the product to us. Once we receive the item and confirm the warranty claim, we will either issue a store credit or process a refund for the shipping, depending on the outcome of the warranty review.
• International Returns: For international returns, we do not provide return shipping labels nor reimburse return shipping costs. If the return is within 30 days of ship out date, we ask that the customer ship the product back to receive refund. 

Lost Packages:

• Responsibility for Lost Packages: While we do not take responsibility for lost packages once they have been shipped, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. If your package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will send out a replacement package. Please understand that this process may take additional time due to the carrier’s failure to deliver the initial shipment.

Shipping Methods: Trail Seven reserves the right to select the best carrier for delivery to our customers specific address. In most cases Trail Seven will select UPS or USPS to deliver products. 

Shipping Times: Processing times will be noted on the individual product page for each item. Trail Seven will always work to ship all orders promptly.
