Our Frame Horn Gusset Kit was engineered to reinforce the Bronco & Bronco Raptor’s failure prone OEM frame horn mounts. 6th gen Broncos have been known to take damage to the frame horn when using a winch or tow hooks during recovery scenarios. This kit installs to the frame horn using heavy duty grade 8 hardware. This enables you to run your stock or aftermarket front bumper’s winch and other recovery points with confidence. The heavy duty 1018 steel is finished in a dual-stage hammer black powder coat, and features a fully bolt-on installation. As always, this is Made in America.

"I gave it two stars because Trail Seven's customer service and shipping were great!! but the parts themselves were poorly made from the manufacturer. The gussets from the factory were sturdy but not at all a clear, easy fit. I had to do a lot of grinding and chopping of the parts and the OEM brace on the Bronco to get them to fit correctly. If you're not comfortable or don't think you should have to modify a part you pay for that's supposed to fit correctly, stay away."
