LEAD TIMES

Your plug and play bundle is hand assembled in our Frederick, MD facility. Current processing lead times for plug and play bundles from order to ship: 5-7 business days

OVERVIEW

PLUG AND PLAY:  All of our bundles are pre-wired and completely assembled prior to shipping from our Frederick, Maryland shop. When you get your bundle, your full system is ready to drop into your Bronco!  Simply follow the video which guides you through the plug and play install. 



NOTE: The rear MTI enclosures do require minor prep which is covered in the provided installation video.

Vehicle Fitment Guide

 

2-Door Bronco V90 Amplifier Fitment:

  • The seat belt retraction module will need to be removed.  To do so, simple unbolt the single bolt underneath the harness module using a T50 torx bit.  Once the amplifier bracket has been installed, the seat belt harness can be reinstalled. 
  • Note: The Alpine V90 is the largest amp in size that is offered in our bundles which is a very tight fit, especially into the 2-door Bronco.  We align the amp as best we can to avoid compressing the power and ground wires too much, however you may find it necessary to make minor adjustments to the amplifier or the metal L brackets to accommodate for the size.

Since I was replacing everything except the 6 Gen Bronco Sync 4 System I decided to install an Alpine Optim DSP and Alpine R Series Sb12 Shallow subwoofer. . "I love it only problem Iam having is a low hymn noise when I accelerate coming from the sub only?. Checked all grounds and the whole unit have just concluded it’s the anti noise canceling need to be turned off . I will need to go to dealer to have that done I suppose . "This Alpine kit is wonderful! The difference in sound quality is crazy! I had already upgraded my speakers but the sound wasn’t much better. This kit made my system come alive. The sound is so crisp and amazing now! The hardest part of the install is removing some of the factory panels carefully to avoid damage. The wiring harness fit perfectly and is of high quality. If you have a 2 door the amp mount does require a little modification due to the seat belt retractor. I waited almost a year for a kit like this and am so happy I did! Install videos are great and cover everything. I did contact tech support and they were great. Highly recommend this kit and Trail Seven!"
