We provide a shipping label for defective products upon your return request at no cost. Non-defective products will not receive a shipping label and the consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Stinger products are warrantied against defects in materials One (1) Year from purchase date. Stinger will, at its discretion, replace any products that exhibit defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. Assessments of defective parts are performed before replacements are shipped or refunds are released.

Please hold on to your order confirmation! All warranty service requires original sales receipt documentation with Order Number. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

Note: Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under warranty.

"This head unit has a lot of potential but some software bugs hold it back. 1) switching between bluetooth devices is quite a hassle. If my wife was the last one who connected, it can take me numerous tries to connect next time I'm driving. 2) When CarPlat/Android-Auto are in full-screen the Stringer's native UI gets confused and sometimes shows the widget panel on the right, sometimes it doesn't 3) the USB port in the center console does NOT work with CarPlay. Phone charges, setting is set to have it be a CarPlay connection - just refuses to work 4) Exporting settings seems to work - importing them may or may not =) All in all its a better display than the uConnect but 20% less reliable"
