Nice crisp sound

"While it was a bit tricky to do it isn't that hard. I did mine with the sound bar still mounted in the Jeep. Make sure when you cut that it is accurate and clean. The smallest bit off can prevent you from mounting the new parts correctly. Definitely worth the time and will be upgrading the front speakers very soon."

LOUD

"I replaced the top dash and rear soundbar speakers. The difference is huge. The system is much louder and impressive considering I didn’t use an external amp or aftermarket head unit. The instructions in the video were clear with the exception of what to do with the cable that connects to the second speaker on each side of the sound bar. I had some leftover sound tape and used the old foam from the oem speaker to wrap the loose cable. Otherwise, this system now desperately needs a subwoofer for the full warmth of the bottom end."

"They sound pretty good, definitely better than what the jeep came with but I was hoping for a little more bass. Install wasn’t too bad, a rotary tool is definitely needed to cut the plastic."

Excellent sound - but it's a project

"There are few options currently for soundbar speaker upgrades for my Jeep 2024 4xe, so Trail Seven recommended these from MB Quart. I won't lie - the installation requires a lot of soundbar cutting to make room for these much larger 6x9 speakers. The kit comes with a template but you need the right tools (i. e. a good Dremel tool) to cut precisely and without damaging the housing that remains. The result is worth it. Sound is excellent and improving as speakers break in and that's with the stock amplifier. Contemplating a new amp plus adding a subwoofer, but these do kick out some nice bass. I also replaced the front dash speakers on top, which are plug and play (from another vendor). I would like to see a cutting video added to MB Quart support as the PDF photos don't really guide you on technique. It's a tight fit that requires some real cutting skill. Note that this upgrade requires removing the light bar in front of the soundbar and the soundbar itself, including disconnecting some electrical plugs. If you are not handy, hire someone to do this work."
