Quality piece doesn’t work with seat lowering kit

"This piece looks to be of good quality, it’s nice and thick. The only problem is it doesn’t work with Seat Slammers. My drivers seat was lowered by cutting the rear legs and replacing them with a bracket. I didn’t see mention of this before, but if you have tall person problems and lowered the seat, get the passenger seat bracket and mount the amp under the passenger seat"

Works with mods

"I have a JL wrangler I just installed a 5 channel kicker purchased from Trailseven ! Bought the mounting bracket thinking it would be a direct fit it isn’t have to drill some holes to line up with holes on amp plus use nutserts to bolt it down or you can get bolts and nuts . The other thing is this amp it’s a pretty tight fit underneath seat and mat on rear doesn’t quite seat flush . Other than that the bracket is useful if you have the will to make it work ."

"Although my fault for not completely reading the description, I wish this piece had pre-drilled holes for the Kicker Amps. Maybe this is something Trail7 could set up prior to shipping when the bracket is accompanying the Kicker Amp."
