Section 2: Cable Routing and Connections:

Step 1-Running Power Cable: Since the door thresholds, A,B,C pillars, and back floor panel removed, you can route the power wire through the Bronco, from the trunk, through the fire wall and landing onto the battery. Leave enough slack for the amp, but start from the passenger side trunk where the subwoofer enclosure was, then route the power cable up to the rear seat across the seat ( to be placed under the previously mentioned back floor panel). Then through the Driver side panel to run the cable down through the Driver door threshold, B pillar, and front door threshold. from there you can run the cable up to the fire wall to pass through the mentioned grommet to pass through the firewall to make it to the Fuse Bracket which will be mounted and routed to the battery.

Step 2-Routing 9-Wire/Kicker Speaker Wire/DRC cable: After the power cable has been routed, following the similar principal or running through the pillars and thresholds, you can run your other harnessing to the speaker and throughout the dash. You will split both the harnessing down the driver and passenger side. The bass knob and passenger side kick Speaker Harness will run down the passenger side, leaving the kick speaker wire in the floor to connect to the kick panel area, then running your bass knob up behind and across the dash. The driver side will have the 9 wire and the driver side kick speaker harness.

Please Note: The kick Speaker Harness will clearly label the Passenger side and Driver side to help route.

Step 3-Amp System Installation: On the back of the amp system and boar, you will see the power distribution block, this is where you will land the power wire, using a 5mm Allen key to loose, land, and tighten the power wire into the distro-block. from there you will want plug the kick speaker harness into it's proprietary orange faced plug and mount the ground wire and amp board into the previous sub enclosure location.

Step 4-Speaker and Harnessing Orientation: In short, you have to add an extra speaker connect to make the system to work,  now that you routed the kick speaker harness, you now want to move your speaker harnessing up the dash, using our harnessing and looking through our install guide and videos, you should be able to get through the install. You will have the kick speaker harness plugged into the 6.5" speakers. Then you have the 3" woofer harness that will plug into the OEM kick panel speaker plug, then route to the top into the dash speaker mount. Then use your grille mounted tweeter will plug unto the factory dash plug.

Step 5-Center Dash Speaker Connection: Within the T harness that will connect to the ACM/radio, you will see a speaker wire lead with spade connector ends, this will need to be ran to the dash 3" woofer speaker from the radio. While adding that T harness, you can complete the plugs into the 9 wire that was previously ran from trunk/amp system location.

Step 6-DRC Module Installation: After reinstalling the Temperature control panel and all harnessing, speakers, and panels have been plugged in, mounted, and finished, you can finish routing the "bass knob" harness that was routed towards the center of the dash, landing the harness under the temperature control into the cubby area of the center console. from there you will dissemble the bronco

Section 3: Rear Speaker Pod Install (see video below)
