"It was truly a plug and play install. Using the video as a guide and taking my time. total install time was a couple of hours. Definitely better than reading an instruction manual. I should have ordered the back up camera and the same time. So ordered it and it was also plug and play. Customer Service is outstanding!"

"The total install took me just under two hours, which is not that bad. Watched the video as a “cheat sheet” and it went better than I anticipated. The plug and play connections with everything being preconfigured is such a great convenience! So many features and the screen looks great in direct sunlight. Mine fired up with no issues. Just remember to turn the subwoofer “on” in the setup page if you don’t hear it right away. This Blicky rocks!"

"What a wonderful and modern upgrade to our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! Adding the Sony 8500 stereo with CarPlay provided seamless integration with our phones and easy access to apps for navigation, music, and hands-free communication. The benefits of this model are not only its size but also the ability to add automotive gauges to the dash without having to dig through the dashboard menu and control buttons. Additionally, we were able to hook up a front and rear camera to this unit, making it easy to see our surroundings. This upgrade not only improves connectivity but also adds a modern touch to the Jeep's interior. The increase in power with the Sony unit made the new Kicker speakers we installed sound great! I have to say that having this unit customized and Plug & Play ready by Trail Seven was a game changer. I used to install car stereos many years ago, but now with all the connections from the car to the Maestro and the head unit, I was finding it a bit confusing. Trail Seven, along with their videos, made this installation simple and easy by ensuring that all the wiring was connected and taped up professionally and that all of the extra electronics were set up correctly and ready to work with our Jeep out of the box. The process was smooth and hassle-free. "Insulation was super easy, everything included. I was a little nervous after hooking it up and the unit didn't power on. I called the customer service number and was able to speak with someone right away and was able to understand them. All that needed to be done was reflash the maestro box and everything worked fine."
