    What's In The Plug & Play Bundle?

    We've taken all the guess work out of adding an amplified subwoofer into your 2007 - 2018 JK Jeep Wrangler. We've partnered with some of the biggest and most reliable names in mobile electronics to bring you a high-end, super-reliable audio system -- that's packed with a 1-year no-questions-asked warranty on manufacturer defects.  All of our bundles are pre-wired, soldered and completely assembled prior to shipping from our Frederick, Maryland shop. When you get your bundle, it's all ready to drop in your Jeep! Here's what you can expect to be in your Kicker Speaker Plug & Play Bundle from Trail Seven:

    Product Highlights

    A mere two millimeters taller than its little brother the  HS8, the HS10 delivers more power and a bigger impact in an all-aluminum frame.

    • The quick-connect Molex® plug and harness includes power, signal and remote turn-on. It also features high- and low-level inputs for integration with nearly any factory or aftermarket head unit, plus two automatic turn-on options for incredibly easy activation.

    Happy with Purchase

    "I wanted to add a subwoofer to my 2013 Jeep JKU. Options for the trunk were about $1000 and I only wanted a little bit of bass. (I also have dogs and I worry a wet shake would damage). I checked online reviews, etc and decided on the 10". I was able to do the installation myself. Mind you I have installed a Stinger 12" head unit and Trail Seven Kicker speaker upgrade mostly myself so I had some experience. The only change I had to do with the kit is remove the RCA adapter since the Stinger headunit has R/L RCA output. I am getting great bass. I only crank it halfway (higher seems distorted to me). When I place my hand on the passenger seat, you can feel the vibration!. My one suggestion to Trail7 is they should ask what headunit you have and then they can create proper connections (and more specific directions) for the headunit. In my case, you have to also turn up the subwoofer setting in the headunit (Stinger 12") to get alot of bass. A final comment. Trail7 offered me a second unit for a huge discount when I bought the first one. I might have bought it but without any installation guide for 2 subwoofers, I was not up for it."

    Mid-bass “sub”

    "This was a letdown to be honest. For a Kicker product, I anticipated a tiny amount of bass that drifted a little into the deep end. This is a mid-bass sub at best and the factory sub in my JK blows it away. It’s not even close. The Trail Seven wiring harness is the only reason this gets two stars. Very well done and the easiest sub/amp install I’ve ever done."

    "Just finished installing this sub in my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously replaced the head unit and speakers but they were all tuned for mids and highs. This sub added back the bass. I was concerned about the up-firing cone but it's not an issue at all - this thing still hits. If you're not looking for competition levels of bass shakery but still appreciate some nice bass, this is the sub for you. I'm sure this will get loud enough to piss off the neighbors. Nice and compact and Trail Seven makes the install very easy."

    Must have for your JK

    "I've been a long-time fan of the Kicker brand. I had two 10" Kickers in a custom box under the back bench seats in my 2000 F-150, and they could thump. I replaced my entire system in my 2015 JK, but I wanted some bass. This hideaway 10 is perfect! You can't see it, but it's compact, sounds excellent, and easy to install, especially when you look at the install video. What makes the installation easy is the step-by-step video that fully explains everything in simple terms and shows you. After installing, tune it to your taste. My JK sounds excellent with the right amount of bass, and the bass knob is not turned up all the way."

    "I did a non-standard installation. I have a 2-door JKR, and the Hideaway Subs are supposed to only work with 4-door Jeeps. However, with this kit I was able to easily do a modified installation in the passenger side rear footwell (I don't have a back seat) instead of under the front passenger seat, and had no problems with the connections. Easy-peasy, plug and play. Even more importantly, it sounds GREAT! Fantastic work, Trail Seven!"
