• Overview

  Regardless if you have the factory amplified system (Premium), or the factory non-amplified system (Standard), we have a bundle that is right for you and your jeep! You'll find the explanation of factory amplified systems (Premium) and factory non-amplified systems (Standard) on the "Factory Equipment" tab above.

  All of our bundles are pre-wired and completely assembled prior to shipping from our Frederick, Maryland shop. When you get your bundle, it's all prepped and ready for a plug and play install into your Jeep! Here's what you can expect to be in your Kicker mono amp/ sub bundle from Trail Seven.

  • Kicker Key 500.1 Amplifier
  • PAC LPA 2.2 or CH41 depending on if jeep is factory amplified or non-factory amplified.
  • VK6 power kit for a single amp connection- power and ground fully prepped for install with ferrule leads, single fuse block
  • PKD4 power kit for a dual amp connection- power and ground fully prepped for install with ferrule leads, single fuse block and dual fuse for multiple amp connections
  • 2-Channel RCA's
  • Speaker wire- fully prepped with ferrules (amp to sub)
  • Kicker sub based on selection

• Is your Jeep Factory Amplified?

  Factory Amplified:

  The easiest way to determine if your jeep is factory amplified or not, is to identify the factory subwoofer which is always paired up with the amplified package. See pics for easy identification for the '18- '23 Wrangler JL and the '20- '23 Gladiator JT. If your Jeep is equipped with the below, then you will select Factory Amplified from the drop down menu.

  Our bundle comes to you just as you see it in the product pics which is prepped and ready to install. We terminate the power and ground leads, we set up the amp harness and PAC module with the connectors needed. Just follow the installation guide and video for an easy install.

  Kicker KEY500.1 Smart Mono Amplifier

  Using KICKER’s supplied test tones, the KEY automatically analyzes the audio being fed into the amplifier. Once this signal has been analyzed, the amp will automatically fix peaks in the signal coming in and restore the low bass that is typically missing. In a matter of moments, you get a clean, even bass response from your amp!

Allows connection of a mono-amp. If upgrading to add a 4-channel amp, or installing a 5-channel amp, the PAC CH41 (R.2) is needed.

  For jeeps that are equipped with the factory amplified system. See the Package Options tab to help determine if your jeep is factory amplified or non-factory amplified. Allows the connection of a mono amp as well as 4-channel amp, or a 5-channel amp.

  This latest version of AmpPRO simplifies the installation of upgraded amplifiers in select non-amplified and amplified sound systems. With AmpPRO, you can improve audio performance while keeping an original radio’s fit, finish, and features.
